Joanne re-joined WRCC as a trainer in 2019. Many students will remember Joanne’s fabulous pasta making and tapas classes from a few years ago.
Through her work experience in the hospitality industry, Joanne is well-placed to teach students in a range of hospitality courses from foundation skills through to food safety supervisor.
Joanne may have also created the world’s most versatile salad dressing, and she regularly shares her delicious secret with other foodies at farmer’s markets around the region.
