This is our signature pasta class revamped as a Master Class. Even if you have already completed our pasta class, there is still a lot to be learned! We will have you making perfect pasta every time.
DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS CLASSES HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR THE INTERIM

Introduction

Our master class will help you perfect long and short pasta types both with egg and egg-free dough.  You will learn how to naturally colour pasta, and how to perfect two of the best ever sauces in Italian cuisine, including;

  • Tagliatelle with Bolognese Ragu
  • Coloured Spinach Tortellini with Potato and mint, and simple tomato sauce
  • Orechiette and Cavatelli with Broccoli and Mint Pesto
  • Ricotta Gnocchi
  • Potato Gnocchi

Please bring a large container to take your pasta home!
