COURSE DESCRIPTION
Are you seeking employment in an office or business environment? Would like to learn how to use excel spreadsheets, create digital document and more?
This course is for you. It will provide you with industry-relevant skills and knowledge you’ll need to work in a fast paced commercial or privately owned business.
The Certificate III in Business Administration is an intermediate level qualification designed for individuals employed or seeking employment in a variety of administration based roles.
This qualification is ideal for individuals seeking to apply a broad range of administrative competencies and technical support within the workplace. This course will equip the participant with the skills to use a range of software applications, prepare financial documents and deliver quality customer service.
COURSE DELIVERY
At Western Riverina Community College, we can offer face to face training in our fully equipped training facility as well as guide you through distance learning. This course will be delivered over 12 months and consists of 13 units, 2 of which are core and 11 are elective.
